- Payment Information: When you subscribe to MinistryMind Pro, your purchase is processed securely by Apple through In-App Purchase. We do not receive or store your full credit card or payment information on our servers.

We store the content you generate using our Service, including:
- Sermons, devotionals, and lessons you create
- Input parameters and preferences you provide for content generation
- Scripture references and topics you search for
2.3 Automatically Collected Information
When you access our Service, we automatically collect:
- Usage Data: Features you use, content generation history, and interaction patterns.
- Device Information: Device type, operating system, and device identifiers.
- Log Data: IP address, access times, and pages viewed.
MinistryMind does not track you across other companies’ apps or websites for advertising, and we do not use third-party advertising identifiers.

5.2 Apple In-App Purchase
When you subscribe to MinistryMind Pro, Apple processes your payment through your Apple ID account. Apple collects and manages your payment information in accordance with Apple’s Privacy Policy. We receive confirmation of an active subscription but not your payment details.
5.3 AI Content Generation
When you use our content generation features, your input (topics, scripture references, preferences) is processed by AI models to generate sermons, devotionals, and lessons. This content is generated specifically for you and is stored in your account.
We do not sell your personal information to third parties.
6. Data Retention
We retain your information for as long as:
- Your account remains active
- Necessary to provide our Service to you
- Required to comply with legal obligations
- Needed to resolve disputes and enforce agreements
You can delete your account at any time from within the app. When you request account deletion, we begin a 7-day grace period during which the request can be reversed; after it elapses we delete or anonymize your personal information, unless retention is required by law.

9. Cookies and Tracking
Our marketing website uses only what is necessary to serve the pages. The MinistryMind app uses secure tokens, stored in the device Keychain, to keep you signed in. We do not use third-party advertising cookies or tracking pixels for marketing purposes, and the app does not track you across other companies’ apps and websites.
10. International Data Transfers
Your information may be transferred to and processed in countries outside the European Economic Area (EEA), including the United States where our infrastructure providers operate. When we transfer data outside the EEA, we ensure appropriate safeguards are in place, such as Standard Contractual Clauses approved by the European Commission.

Our Service is not intended for children under 16 years of age. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children under 16. If you believe we have collected information from a child under 16, please contact us immediately.
